Overview

The City to City Miami Incubator Collective is an intensive two-year program designed to equip leaders who are seeking to plant, replant, or revitalize churches in South Florida. Combining a proven curriculum with multicultural perspectives, this program provides practical tools and personalized coaching to reach diverse communities in challenging urban settings.

Ideal for leaders who are passionate about growing God's kingdom, this initiative equips them with the necessary skills to start and develop healthy churches.

The Incubator Collective is designed to accommodate both full-time and co-vocational church planters and kingdom leaders working in center city, gentrifying, and marginalized communities, with day and evening scheduling options. In the first year, the program meets monthly for full-day sessions or biweekly for two evenings per month. The second year includes intensives on topics such as discipleship, evangelism, and outreach. The program has three main components:

Additionally, these sessions include personalized coaching components to support and guide participants.

Training For Pastors, Ministry Leaders, and Lay Leaders

Our Thriving Congregations training program is designed to equip churches of all backgrounds with the tools and resources they need to serve their neighbors, promote systemic change, and witness to the transforming presence of the Kingdom of God.

Whether you're a new church plant, a replanting effort, or a church in need of revitalization, our six-month program will provide you with the training and support you need to thrive. Participants will learn about the biblical foundations of community engagement, explore their church's unique history and culture, and develop practical tools to understand and serve their communities. In addition to monthly group sessions, participants will also receive personalized coaching to support their learning and application of these tools.

Churches will be equipped to:

  • Deepen their connection to their communities.

  • Serve their neighbors through acts of mercy and justice.

  • Promote systemic change in their communities.

  • Become a vital part of the fabric of their local society.

City Labs

Overview

City Labs are dynamic forums designed to explore pressing issues affecting churches, leaders, and communities in global cities. Through focused discussions and interactive sessions, we delve into themes and topics related to multicultural and trans-denominational churches, church planting, leadership development, and more. Our goal is to foster meaningful connections, share best practices, and equip leaders to address the unique challenges and opportunities of urban ministry.
